There are many stairs through the forest down to Tonquin Park. Take your time and enjoy the view. Parking at end of Tonquin Park Road.

New boardwalk takes up from the top of Tonquin through rainforest down to Tonquin Beach.

It’s a bit of a hike but totally worth every step.
And you’ve arrived at Tonquin Beach.
Be sure to notice which stairs you came down because there are a few sets and they lead in different directions.
Don’t get turned around – like we did – and we’re locals :)
